Rack of Lamb recipes

Any good recipes out there? Any special prep? Eating lamb is almost like communion for me.

Greetings lamb lover!
U tube has many recipes, but my personal taste likes it with rosemary and garlic and salt/pepper to taste. Roast to medium rare. Be sure to rest the rack, covered with foil and a cloth to keep in the heat and allow the juices to distribute before you carve. Yum!

Try this
Yogurt
garlic
little onion
mint
rosemarry
oregano
lemon juice
salt
Extra virgin olive oil

Blitz all these in a blender and pour over the racks in a bowl and let marinate for at least 12 hours then char them on a hot grill and finish them in the oven to med rare (or broil them to Med Rare or whateve temp you wish. Serve with a lemon garlic couscous with toasted almonds parsley, mint and scallions, add a nice petite syrah or borolo.
