Ready To Fly

Scripturally a banner is a symbol of divine protection. A bow is a banner; a long strip of fabric. God placed a bow/banner in the sky post flood. His divine protection against that kind of judgement. Ironically, today that bow is mimicked on banners to defy and mock God. :rainbow:

As in the days of Noah

Hence, came forth my idea to flood the world with banners that glorify Him.

And the last time I checked, the rainbow still belongs to Godā€¦

This is really beautiful, bro Tony!

Are you able to make this to where i can hang it up on my front door? I live in a apt so i donā€™t have a yard of my own, i really like this one. I hope weā€™re raptured before Christmas but if weā€™re still here then i would be happy to hang this on my front door.

p.s. i have a clip on my door so something with a ribbon attached to this is all i need to clip it. If you have a better idea then iā€™m all for it.

Hi Stacey! :slightly_smiling_face: Thatā€™s the only one posted that I actually did not create. However, I will be coming up with a selection of flags based on Isaiah 9 for this upcoming Christmas season. Iā€™ll post them as soon as I get them ready.

Iā€™ll look into the ribbon door attachment. Iā€™m pretty sure theyā€™re available from the same place that I get some of my supplies from :+1:t4:

is there anyway you could make it look exactly like the one in the photo?

Not really. But what size do you need? Large or small? Because I still have it in our Christmas stuff and if I can find the manufacturer I could see about how to get one :bulb:

You might just kick a hornetā€™s nest with your ā€œimperfectā€ flag. The holiday that brings the high emotions out of us, whether itā€™s the ā€œproud to be an Americanā€ or the ā€œI hate America / the flagā€, is a strong one. The political atmosphere leading up to November might have people coming to your display, as well.

I will pray that you and your family will have a hedge of protection around you all. In these very last days, with most peopleā€™s attention ran by emotion or visual stimulation, a flag like this one is more apt to catch their attention than the proper one.

If I may make a suggestion. On regular paper, I would have this verse (2 Chronicles 7:14) printed out along with any others that you think will make your point, as a quick reference guide, that you can talk with them about, and they can take with them. Godā€™s word does not return void, so even if they get mad - they still heard it. Those standing off aways will hear the Word, too.
Music is powerful. Perhaps, a Bluetooth speaker that will play out your chosen songs and hymnals?

This has the makings of a powerful opportunity.
Duet. 31:6 YLT, 6 ā€œbe strong and courageous, fear not, nor be terrified because of them, for Jehovah thy God [is] He who is going with thee; He doth not fail thee nor forsake thee.ā€

Isaiah 41:10 ā€œBe not afraid, for with thee I [am], Look not around, for I [am] thy God, I have strengthened thee, Yea, I have helped thee, yea, I upheld thee, With the right hand of My righteousness.ā€

Godā€™s beam of promise has 7 bands of color (number of completion). The imitatorā€™s has 6 colors (number of man). The color indigo is missing in the imitatorā€™s flag. It represents the divine nature of God and heavenly grace. We can see why indigo is missing. A tidbit of trivia ā€¦ the sun is on one side of the world and the rain induced bow is on the other. We can only see it when the sunā€™s light shines on it.
National Geographicā€™s description: The appearance of a rainbow depends on where youā€™re standing and where the sun (or other source of light) is shining. The sun or other source of light is usually behind the person seeing the rainbow. In fact, the center of a primary rainbow is the antisolar point, the imaginary point exactly opposite the sun."

Isaiah 52:12 YLT, ā€œFor not in haste do ye go out, Yea, with flight ye go not on, For going before you [is] Jehovah, And gathering you [is] the God of Israel!ā€
He has our back. Like the sun that shows us Godā€™s promise with a rainbow, so to does God the Son shine from behind us shining His light on His promises to His servants.

@GR I have a confession to make. In my head I keep thinking your name is Gracie, but I know thatā€™s not right, and I couldnā€™t remember Georgia, so I use Sister because Iā€™m sure of that.

The name is the nature. How that is fulfilled is always intriguing to me. God has His ways to make sure that each child is correctly named.
How you have described your youth  :hugs: in a few words says so much to me. What it feels like to not be wanted by the people who should want you the most would destroy most others. I, by no means want to minimalize the heartbreak or loneliness that you felt, or maybe you were told you were ā€œnothingā€.
This is why.
Ah, Miss Georgia, God Most High gave you determination, hard-working, rootedness in perseverance over your obstacles. Lessons learned both in and out of school. And, graduating at 16!! With a double dose of smarts, He sent you on your way to find Mr. Hubbydude. Thatā€™s a great name, btw.
It sounds like God made sure that as He set your steps that He also set Hubbydudeā€™s. I sense that you each were salve for the other. Beautiful and dear. Ruth, a friend, knowing its importance; you already have said that you have befriended all sorts of critters.
This is why, I think, when I think of you, I think Gracie. Grace of God.

Tony,

I made this one up for the small children.

This one to appeal to teenage girls.

I borrowed the words from @fluidicice, Chris. The design is mine.
I used some of the other designs that Chris shared on another thread as he did them.
I had colored copies made yesterday to go in my brochure box. Iā€™ve been working on how to set them inside neatly.

The battle is realā€¦.

I ordered a half dozen of the smaller garden size and received them yesterday but the company hacked off the bottom portion containing the scripture reference.

Imagine that.

Indeed! The battle is real. I am sorry they did that.

Itā€™s up to you if you want to use them. Me? Iā€™d use one of them as undeniable proof of where our countrymenā€™s hearts are today. I donā€™t know if you can have them redone or choose a refund, but not by the 4th, Iā€™m guessing. If not, then they make permanent markers in a variety of colors.

The enemy wants to shut you down. This is when you know you are doing something to tick them off.

Hope you donā€™t mind if I share the update. Who knew that oneā€™s home landscaping could be a vehicle for witnessing The Truth of Godā€™s Word. Your effort to display it is both bold and beautiful as is the display itself.

This is how God can open a window!
If you have the software to remove my home and replace it with a complimentary background ,to bring out your flags, Iā€™d do it.

Iā€™ve been working out front, today, and couldnā€™t Wait to tell you that we had our first drive by positive honking. Yay!

Itā€™s been almost three months since Iā€™ve provided an update on this creative directive. I sent a few to Dallasā€¦different sizes, and realizing that she probably canā€™t hang one outside, I included some push pins. I also had a couple of table top versions for her and some stickers of course. Godā€™s timing will make it a worthwhile effort to encourage her. Give God the Glory

Iā€™ve been reluctant to appear as though Iā€™m selling items via the forum. But the fact is, this is truly nonprofit. If not almost intentionally a sacrificial love offering; partially contributing funds with the purchaser. Iā€™m not completely comfortable calling it a ā€œministry ā€œ because so many are ultimately self serving, but itā€™s definitely not an entrepreneurial endeavor. Itā€™s just what I am led to do. And though thereā€™s always that personal rejection which is directly connected to the rejection of The Holy Spirit, I continue on this path of creative witnessing.

Having said that I have a website and a social media link at the bottom of my home page. Incidentally, I have a personal social media as well if anyone is interested in keeping up.

The website is

Thank you, Chris.

I delivered cases of supplies to a drop off point in my area that were headed to North Carolina this week. I sent along an assortment of your designs in wallet size in hopes they are seen by the those who need them. I sent some of mine, too.
