Yep…Amen Sis… my Red Flags went off immediately when I saw the comment… sadly… most believers are not the Bereans we are called to be…
A few comments directly from their own webite:
“We believe the baptism in the Holy Spirit, with the primary evidence of speaking in other tongues as the Spirit gives utterance, is for all believers as promised by John the Baptist, Jesus, and Peter… The fulfillment of this promise was witnessed by early disciples of Christ and is both available and essential for all believers today.”
They are an “ACTS 2:38” group who believes you do not have the Baptism of the Holy Spirit WITHOUT speaking in tongues… clearly a false teaching held by Pentecostal Charismatics.
I have the gift of Discerning of Spirits and a huge dose of Biblical discernment (all praise, and glory, and honor, to Jesus Christ) and when my red flags come up like they did on this… they are never wrong… the Holy Spirit doesn’t make mistakes.
