JD Farag Forum Code of Conduct

Members of the JD Farag Forum should be considerate, respectful, loving, and encouraging contributors so that the Forum will display the gracious love of God.

Guiding Scripture

Before any post is made in this Forum please reflect on these guiding verses:

• Galatians 5:14 –15:
For the entire law is fulfilled in keeping this one command: “Love your neighbor as yourself.”

• Ephesians 4:29
Let no corrupt word proceed out of your mouth, but what is good for necessary edification, that it may impart grace to the hearers.

• 1 Peter 3:8
Finally, all of you be of one mind, having compassion for one another; love as brothers, be tenderhearted, be courteous;

• Romans 10:13-14

By using this Forum you acknowledge your acceptance and understanding of the Code of Conduct herein which applies to all communications made on this site. Noncompliance with the Code of Conduct may result in posts which are edited or deleted, and accounts actioned with warnings and/or bans. This Forum reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify the Code of Conduct without notice or warning. It is your responsibility to review the Code of Conduct regularly to ensure compliance with it.

• Members should seek to use the Forum to love, honor, serve and obey the Lord.

• Members should remember that “…in speech, conduct, love, faith and purity, show yourself an example of those who believe.” (1 Timothy 4:12b)

• Members strive to demonstrate the fruit of the Spirit. “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. There is no law against such things.” (Galatians 5:22-23a)

Purpose

This Forum has been established to spread, share, and celebrate the Gospel of Jesus Christ through resources created and submitted by its members.

• Topics or posts that do not contribute to this purpose will be removed without warning.

Submitting Resources

• Resources may be digital or physical. Some examples may include; ABCs of Salvation business cards, graphics, left-behind letters, t-shirts, banners, postcards, digital bibles, etc.

• All new topics must be centered around a resource or resources that share the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

• Topics should highlight your own personally created resource but may include other attributions so long as they are not the primary or only source of the resource provided. Do not violate copyright.

• Replies within topics should support and contribute to the original post. All other conversations must be taken to private messages or off-site.

• If you wish to provide a link to your business please contact a moderator first. Posts of this nature without prior approval will be removed without warning.

• Issues surrounding abortion, adultery, premarital sex, suicide, and drug use, while they may be part of the mission field, are not to be referenced.

• Resources that include reference to personally attained prophecy or date setting are prohibited.

Disruptive Behaviour

• Do not post, or link to, blasphemous, violent, disturbing, graphic, or sexual images or text. Profanity or foul language is not allowed.

• Posts should be generally legible and comprehensible. Avoid anything that may be considered spam.

• Repetitive posting of similar or identical topics or comments is not allowed.

• Do not solicit donations or financial support (charitable or otherwise).

• Topics or posts that are off-topic are not allowed. While we have generally outlined what on-topic posts should contain, the decision as to whether a post or topic is deemed to be ‘off-topic’ is at the sole discretion of the moderators or staff.

Account, Privacy, and Confidentiality

• Only 1 active account per member is permitted.

• You must be 16 years of age to have an account.

• Be truthful about your identity. Do not impersonate others.

• Do not publicly disseminate any personal information about yourself or others. Do not share any contents of private conversation. Please be aware that all posts may be visible to anyone who visits this site and beyond.
