Potentially, although it does use copyright music and cuts of movies - which is fine for YouTube use, but probably violates multiple copyright agreements as an advert. I could edit it with free to use content and stock videos, or potentially only other content made by Christians who have something similar…

Maybe just the part from 1:37 or 38 after the mask.
Music is not necessary, the voice (the message) of Pastor JD is more important since the beginning of the video.
(Better not to speak about mask, vaccines, injections)

I know I wasn’t listed to give input so apologize if I’m intruding but my thoughts on what I’d call a
“hook” ( something that HOOKS them so they are so intrigued, they have to know) would be words / phrases such as :
End of the world
What IS going on?
Or
What IS Happening?
Ticking Clock
Also something about money/ being, getting rich but when they look into it, it reveals that money can’t buy salvation and the real definition of rich is salvation in Christ and eternity with him/ heaven etc
So maybe such ideas along the following to create curiosity:
How to get truly rich
Money ?
Jackpot!!
How to win the real lottery !
Winning numbers( 777)
Lottery ticket winner guaranteed
The winning ticket ( ie Jesus)
Retire early
How to live forever
Get out of debt now!
How to get out of debt ( ie Jesus paid our ultimate debt )

Yep, I agree with @anon74937514 you definitely need a big bold question that gets people’s attention straight up, because chances are that they are wondering what’s going on and when it will end.
I’ve been thinking that something like “What’s been happening to the world we used to know, why is nothing getting better?..what is the world coming to?.. … An end.”
From the hook I would go into a quick message about God being in control and then into a little on Bible prophecy and what will be coming in the future (rapture, destruction of Damascus) so they can see for themselves that the Bible is truth. Then the ABCs displayed at the end, with a voice over of “Salvation is as simple as: Admiting you’re a sinner, Believing Jesus is Lord and Calling upon His name. Jesus loves you and He’s waiting to hear from you.”
Once you have a script, you might even have the option to ‘hire’ JD’s as a voice actor for your AD since cutting and pasting vocals will sound a bit off.
From there, the video can be made to match what’s being said and then throw in a backing track to add depth. Overall I would say a 30s video would be ideal for a YouTube Ad and will be short enough to keep the attention of those interested.

Rem: Google also generates videos with the screenshots and the length is 15 sec.
Better to be around 15-20 or max 30.
Skip a long intro of 5 sec, go directly to the subject.
I have a “slogan” and already use it in the title/description of the ad:
" This world is dying. The kingdom of God is at hand. Don’t miss the free gift of salvation"
I think “This world is dying” everybody can see it.
For the ABC, the short ABC version as you said is the best and easy to learn. In fact we only need to believe in Jesus and believe what he did, who he is. Other things will come with the holy spirit.
For info: the ad doesn’t work as expected, one day I had 200 clicks and now it’s 13/day. All the assets are excellent/best or good, probably people do other things. Even 10/day, it’s 70/week and 300/month. For the cheap price, it’s always good to take. I will raise the bet (I already raised and saw nothing in the clicks but it’s displayed more).
I will stop the ad to my website, “fiasco” and put the money on the ad of JD Farag or my android app ad which work perfectly but it’s another type of ad.

Another idea as the housing market is in shambles and people want to find nice affordable housing
“ do you need an affordable home?”
This could be used to lead into a permanent, glorious home ( heaven) where your mortgage
( your sin) was paid ( Jesus death and resurrection etc
Then the ABC’s of salvation could be explained

Rem: the expressions have to be what people enter on their keyboard or when they use Google Assistant (voice) like Siri. We can find them by typing some of them in Google Search, a list of expressions will be suggested, or check the Trending of various sites.
Some tracks: people fall in sin or of course will have consequences: debt, obligation, sick, food, water poisoned, free wifi, gift (people love gifts, haha), death of a parent or fear to lose someone, hospital problems, earn money…

Should work better, I’ve added almost all audiences because to all questions and events of life, Jesus is the answer. I would like to see the girl wanting a new makeup or ready to buy an iPhone or the online players, investors wanting to create a company => Ad to JD Farag and Jesus, let’s break their routine haha

The 1ST ad of JDF website works now really better. I already saw a lot of clicks. Seems to have a rush every 4-5 days (Google wants my money, they find people to fill the gap). I had 800 clicks one day so they come on the website. Sometimes 90, 190… The CTR (click to rate) is 10%. So 10% of the people seeing the ad, click on it. But the ad is displayed thousands of times each day. A normal CTR is 2.22% haha 
It should be the same for the Rally, the keywords and images are the same, only the location (Hawaii) is different. That ad will run within 2 days. Even if the ad will run successfully for 5 days, it will make a big difference.
